On two days in december of 2007 the “Bertelsmann Management Meeting 2007/2008″ took place in the Berlin Congress Center and the Dresdner Bahnhof. It marked an important change for the Bertelsmann Managing Board. The event agency circ corporate experience was assigned to plan and handle the second day of this event and to introduce the new chairman of the board - Hartmut Ostrowski. Strukt was commissioned by circ corporate experience to develop the event design and a part of the motion design. |

Together with circ, Strukt coordinated visual designs and worked closely with interior designers to create a consistent experience throughout the conference and dinner party.
The projections on stage were fitted into the architecture of the venue, a former railway station in Berlin. All 2D- and 3D-animations for the evening party were produced by Strukt in-house. The visitors were taken on a journey looking through the virtual windows in the arches of the hall.
The party included an opera performance, contemporary dance and a performance by a young beat box artist.
