At this year’s Automatica fair for robotics and automation we teamed up with agency Hartmann+Hartmann from Augsburg, Germany, to create media content for the booth of european market leader KUKA.

We displayed eight animated spots on a double-sided 4×3 meter plasma wall at the entrance of the KUKA booth. The spots were planned, shot in the studio and 3D-animated in tight production schedule and on location. The technical solution was developed in cooperation with satis&fy, Frankfurt, Germany.

After creating full-length 3D-visulizations we shot the pantomimes in green-screen studio. The silhuettes were combined with 3D-animations of robots. We then created the outlines and added comic-like effects to get the desired look.

Additional animations were produced for the four horizontal plasma screens sporting 2xHD resolution in width, which were located behind the two bars.
